The beetroot pao with its light, delicious beetroot fritter and the superbly marinated Tandoori Lamb Chops were clear standouts among the appetizers, though the lamb was slightly too rare for my taste. The Amristar scallops disappointed with their lack of flavor, and I'm not convinced scallops work well batter-fried, while the Butter chicken was solid but unremarkable. The cocktails completely missed the mark - the Delhi Dalgona's coconut foam clashed with the espresso and that 24k gold salt added nothing but fake glam, while the Bagheera Indian margarita was overpowering. The vibe, the glam, the dishes sans service - like a movie you'd go to once but never again.
